Description

Project consists of crushing rock and stockpile aggregate at the Dry Beaver Quarry with a base bid of $80,000.00 and three additive items for an additional $40,000 at the Dry Beaver Quarry, $80,000 at the Nichols Quarry, and $40,000 at the Mud Lake Quarry. On the second item, there is $100,000 worth of gravel to be crushed and an additional $100,000 at the Limestone B pit. Award will go to the highest quantity provided within the dollars available. Dry Beaver , Nichols, and Mud Lake quarries are located in Pennington County, and Limestone is located in Lawrence County, SD, Black Hills National Forest. The NAICS code is 212312. The performance time will be 90 calendar days for Limestone and 360 calendar days for the others. All responsible sources will be considered by the agency. This project is open competition for large and small business. This is an electronic solicitation only. All documents will be posted to fedbizopps.gov for download from this website exclusively. The solicitation will be issued approximately June 5, 2003. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for June 19, 2003. Quotations are tentatively due July 8, 2003.
