- NA Federal Supply Class (FSC) 1375, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 332439, Container for the 60 Pound Shock Test Charge, IAW Drawing 2128470, Sheets 1, 2, and 3. Quantity: 450 each with no variation quantity and no option quantit y. Delivery: First Article quantity of 5 each if not waived due 45 calendar days after date of contract award. Notification of disposition due 15 calendar days after receipt of First Article. Production quantity delivered in increments of 150. First 1 50 due 60 calendar days after approval of First Article and 150 each every 30 days thereafter. FOB Destination, Crane Army Ammunition Activity, Crane, IN. This will be a firm fixed price contract. Distribution Statement D is applicable. Drawing distri bution authorized to US Government Agencies and their contractors only. A Militarily Critical Technical Data, DD form 2345 is required to be on file before drawings peculiar to this procurement are available to prospective contractors. Contractors shall c ontact the US Canada Joint Certification Office at 1-800-352-3572 or email to jcp-admin @dlis.dla.mil to request a DD Form 2345. All contractors who provide good/services to the DOD will be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). You may re gister via the internet at www.ccr2000.com or contact the CCR at 1-888-227-2423. Approx issue date is 03 Jun 2003 with the opening date 30 days from issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at http://www.osc.army.mil/ac/aais/ioc and https ://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and http://www.arnet.gov/FedBusOpps/. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to these web sites and is the contractor??????s responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes.
