Description: NA Non-personal services and material to upgrade SCADA system at Corpus Christi Army Depot. Citect is the manufacturer and the only one that can perform these services. Citect has the expertise to perform the services as they are the manufacturer, sole prop rieter, and the ones that installed the system initially. After all upgrades have been done, Citect will provide CCAD the keys to operate the systems. 1 Job. Services to be performed at Corpus Christi Army Depot. Negotiations will be conducted with Cit ect, 1809 N. Mill Street, Naperville, IL 60563-4867. See Note 22. All responsible sources may submit an offeror which will be considered.
