Description

NA DESC: See Note(s) 1 & 26. This solicitation is a Small-Business Set-Aside for a single contract with (2) 100 percent Options for the Bogey Wheel, 1025-01-476-8964, P/N: 12009390 and the Pintle Adapter, 1025-01-476-7781, P/N: 12992230, for use on the M198 Howitzer. FOB is destination. Estimated issue date is 09 June 2003. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it o n or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the Internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is u nder no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain a ny said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same. Proposed contract is Full and Open Competition. This soli citation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that is provided via the Internet address stated above.
