- This solicitation supercedes F09603-02-R-35036 previously synopsized on 05 August 2002. This is for a firm fixed-price Essential Repair Requirements contract for a period of Five years (One year basic period with 4 one-year option periods) for Hydraulic Winches applicable to C-5 aircraft. Best estimated quantity (BEQ): 40 each annually. NSN 1680-01-216-4525UC, P/N: 42420-20/21/22/23. Government furnished drawings, specifications, or test equipment are not available. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 19 May 2003 with an approximate response date of 20 June 2003. Solicitation will be available for viewing or downloading from www.FedBizOpps.gov website only. No telephone requests. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE ISSUED. Restricted to LUCAS WESTERN INC./TRW AERONAUTICAL SYSTEMS, (CAGE 00462), Diamond Bar, CA.
