- Description
- Project is for reconstruction of 7.13 miles of Forest Service Road 25 on the Caddo District of the Ouachita National Forest in Polk County, Arkansas. Work includes clearing and grubbing, excavation, placement of pit run aggregate, riprap, 2250 LF of pipe, seeding and mulching. Evaluation Criteria: Cost to the Government is not expected to be the controlling factor in the selection of a contractor for this solicitation. The degree of importance of cost as a factor could become greater depending upon the quality of the proposals for other other factors evaluated. The following factors will be used for evaluation of each proposal: Past Performance, Experience and Price. Estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000.
