Description

The Coronado National Forest, Tucson, Arizona, is soliciting for the supply and delivery of barbed wire fence supplies and HDPE pipe supplies to be delivered FOB Destination to the addresses listed respectively for Schedule A and Schedule B of Supplies/Services below. Note: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 01-11. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business. The NAICS code is 423390 and the size standard is 500 employees. Price quotes are to be submitted as per Schedule A of supplies/services as follows: Item 01: T-Posts, .133 gauge, 6 ft., solid green or white/gray tipped, 400 bundles w/clips @ 5 posts/bundle; Item 02: Wire, barbed, 12.5 gauge, 2-point, 5 in. spacing, 64 spools@ 1320 ft./spool; Item 03: Wire, barbless, 12.5 gauge, 64 spools @ 1320 ft./spool; Item 04: Wire stays, 42 inch, 325 bundles @ 100 stays/bundle; Item 05: Staples, 2.5 inch, 50 lbs.; Item 06: Line Posts, Wooden, treated, 4-5 in. diameter tops, 6.5 ft. long, 300 each; Item 07: Corner/Brace Posts, wooden, treated, 6 in. diameter tops, 6.5 ft. long, 300 each; Item 08: Freight for Schedule A items FOB Destination to Santa Catalina Ranger District, 5700 N. Sabino Canyon Road, Tucson, AZ 85750. Price quotes are to be submitted as per Schedule B of supplies/services as follows: Item 01: T-Posts, .133 gauge, 6 ft., solid green or white/gray tipped, 2412 bundles w/clips @ 5 posts/bundle; Item 02: Wire, barbed, 12.5 gauge, 2-point, 5 in. spacing, 546 spools@ 1320 ft./spool; Item 03: Wire, barbless, 12.5 gauge, 228 spools @ 1320 ft./spool; Item 04: Wire stays, 42 inch, 364 bundles @ 100 stays/bundle; Item 05: Posts, angle iron, 2.5 in., 7 ft. long w/bolts, 233 each; Item 06: Braces, angle iron, 2 in., 7 ft. long w/bolts, 466 each; Item 07: HDPE Water Pipe, 1.25 in., 160 PSI, 95 rolls @ 500 ft./roll; Item 08: HDPE threaded metal transitions, male, 1.25 in., IPS, carbon steel, ISCO Industries part ISFFTF1.2511IPS or equivalent, 44 each; Item 09: Freight for Schedule B items FOB Destination to Sierra Vista Ranger District, 5990 S. Hwy. 92, Hereford, AZ 85615. Desired delivery for both schedules: 30 days from award. Total price shall include applicable tax, if any.
