Description: NA The United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (USA INSCOM) has a requirement for the procurement of life cycle maintenance, engineering, and facilities support, hereinafter referred to as GENESIS II, as shown in the Request for Proposal (RFP) DA SC01-03-R-0006. These services are in support of combat arms commanders to conduct intelligence collection and countermeasures against tactical and strategic ground and air based threat communications and intelligence collection systems. This RFP has been structured as a Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF) type contract. The estimated period of performance for this procurement will be one base year and four one-year options with an estimated start date of 01 October 2003. Additionally, a 45-day transition (phase-in) option is also included with an estimated award date of 15 August 2003. The due date for proposals is 3:00 pm 19 June 2003. The RFP may be downloaded from the INSCOM Web Page at: www.inscom.army.mil/contracting/solicitations.asp. A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for 3 June 2003. An agenda for the conference will be posted at this INSCOM Web Site within the next couple of days. All interested offerors must submit questions related to the RFP no later than 22 May 2003.
