Description: The ACC Contracting Squadron, Langley AFB VA is the procuring and administering activity for the Directorate of Personnel requirement to provide service for the command-wide U. S Air Force, Air Combat Command (ACC), Multiple Personnel Function Services, A-76 cost comparison study. It is the Government?s intent to release the formal Request for Proposal (RFP) to a Native American Ownership (NAO) (Alutiiq Security and Technology, LLC, of Anchorage, Alaska 99503), as a sole source, direct conversion in accordance with AFI38-203, para. 10.6.
