Description

This Presolicitation Notice attaches Solicitation No. 263-03-P(BC)-0044 for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Property Management Services IAW OMB Circular A-76. Additionally, the Performance Work Statement (PWS) with attachments has been included in this synopsis as follows: http://www.nih.gov/od/olao/oa/contracts/A-76.html. Due to security reasons, please contact Sheri Custer at (301) 402-3065 for the Technical Exhibits (Site Plans and Utility Plans). All Technical Exhibits must be returned to Ms. Custer by the proposal due date in the solicitation. Offerors found to be in the competitive range may be required to give oral presentations conducted from July 28 to July 31. The evaluation and cost comparison results will be announced by September 15. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210, Facilities Support Services, with a size standard of $23.0 M. All updates/amendments to this solicitation will only be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (FedBizOpps) site at www.fedbizopps.gov. It is the offerors responsibility to review this site frequently for updates to any and all documents.
