Description: The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is conducting three USDA Express Review studies of Mailroom and Supply Services at the NRCS office in Washington, DC; Fort Worth, TX; and Fort Collins, CO. Government personnel currently provide these services. The studies will determine whether the work will continue to be performed in-house or whether a solicitation will be issued for conversion to contract. A FEDBIZOpps announcement stating the study result and establishing a Public Review period will be posted upon the study's completion.
