Description: The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is conducting two USDA Express Review Studies of Clerical Support Services at the NRCS office in Washington, DC. Government personnel currently provide these services. The studies will determine whether the work will continue to performed in-house or whether a soliciation will be issued for conversion to contract. A FEDBIZOpps announcement stating the study results and establishing a Public Review period will be posted upon the study's completion.
