Description

The US Coast Guard, Maintenance and Logistics Command, Atlantic, intends to issue a sole source purchase order with Adrick Marine Corporation for the purchase of 2 Model AD304-DCW Duplex Marine packaged Chilled Water Air Conditioning systems. Award will be made in accordance with FAR 6.320-1(a)(2)(iii) ? Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Adrick Marine Corporation is the original manufacturer of these systems and posses the necessary proprietary data to provide these items. The requirement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR 13.5 ? Test Program for Certain Commercial Items with an estimated value of less than $125,000.00. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received within 10 days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete as a result of quotes received is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
