Description

Contractor will provide all labor, plant, materials, supplies, equipment, facilities and appurtenances for "Replace Fire Sprinkler System", Solicitation Number GS-10P-03-XJC-0069, at the US Border Station, Mile 1221.8 Alcan Highway, via Tok, Alaska. Work includes but is not limited to: Remove existing fire sprinkler piping, valves, and associated equipment. Design and install a complete sprinkler system for the Station, Service, 3-plex and Quarters buildings located at the Alcan Border Station, AK that conforms to the requirements of NFPA 13 and GSA. System shall include an electric vertical turbine fire pump. Work to be in accordance with contract clauses, drawings and specification. Estimated magnitude of project is $100,000 to $250,000.
