Description
NA This is a Market Survey for HUBZone sources sought to compete a Five Year, Time and Materials, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for sensitive ??????Proprietary, Rights Guarded?????? system/data base management required to support and mainta in existing customer processes and systems, incorporate emerging technology, resolve homeland security and weapons/facility deficiencies and improve organizational efficiency at Tinker AFB, the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and other related DoD activitie s. The contractor services shall encompass a broad range of homeland security, hardware/software and information gathering in support of critical aircraft weapon systems and facilities as well as direct management tasks to be performed in a timely manner. The contractor shall be responsible for supporting Logistic/Engineering Technology Systems in accordance with various task orders. These tasks include all facets of support to Corporate Information Management (CIM) interests and provides engineering, re verse engineering, re-engineering, engineering support, technical reviews, program management support, system analysis, Independent Validation and Verifications (IV&V), life cycle support services, system maintenance, the implementation of engineering solu tions per task orders, and execution of test and evaluation processes. These services include but are not limited to, homeland security, weapon systems, hardware/software, support of infrastructure, and facilities. All of these services shall include dev elopment, collection, automated collection of supporting data and management information metrics and storage of such data in electronic format where it will be accessible by multiple controlled users across various platforms and systems at remote locations . Specific tasks will be authorized by individual task orders. Potential offerors are requested to submit a statement of their interest along with a brief description of their proposed approach and experience in the provisions of services detailed above. Responses shall include documentation of HUBZone certification . The statement shall be submitted within 21 days of the publication of this announcement.
