Description

This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition. The required service is to incorporate reactive organic tracers, ?SCIPUFF-Like? plume dispersion parameterizations, and PUFF concentration sampling and rendering into the CAMx IRON Pig Module. This service will be conducted at the contractor?s place of business and computer software programs to be delivered to Patrick AFB, FL. Period of performance is 22 May 2003 ? 30 Nov 2003. The Government intends to award on a sole source basis to Yocke and Company. Yocke and Company is the only source capable of fulfilling the government?s requirement since they are the proprietary of the CAMx software that is currently installed in support of the United States Atomic Energy Detection System. This acquisition primarily requires that the contractor continue work on computer software programs, which were built by them. This proposed procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation No. F08650-03-T-0138 is issued as a Request for Proposal. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 7379, business size of $21M and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 541519. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will not be issued electronically, but this office will provide a copy to any firm requesting one.
