Description: Modification to contract SPO500-98-D-BP03, Industrial Prime Vendor (IPV) support of benchstock hardware at the Naval Aviation Depot Cherry Point (NADEP-CP), Cherry Point, NC. The Government intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, with the incumbent Raytheon E-Systems, 7700 Arlington Blvd., Falls Church, VA 22046-2900, for a modification to extend the period of performance for eight (8) months. This extension is necessary to allow continuation of these essential supplies until award of a follow-on contract can be made. (IPV GEN-II).
