Description

The Government intends to execute an unrestricted procurement of commercial Liquid Nitrogen, Type II, Grade B, IAW MIL-PRF-27401D, NSN 9135-00-965-2526, five year total of 1,250TN FOB Destination with delivery to MSE Technology Applications, Inc., Butte, MT. Estimated yearly quantity is 250 tons. The resultant award shall be a five-year, firm fixed price requirements-type contract. The contract ordering period will be 1 August 2003 through 31 July 2008. The product requires offerors to have the capability to support bulk shipments. Subject solicitation will be issued on or about 13 May 2003 and posted to the FedBizOpps web page at www.fedbizopps.gov.
