Description

THE FOLLOWING IS ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR THE SITE VISIT(S) FOR THE A-76 PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES REQUIREMENT: DESIGNATED LOCATION FOR BETHESDA CAMPUS SITE ONLY: Due to extremely limited parking on the NIH Bethesda Main Campus, all attendees WILL BE REQUIRED to report to the Mid Pike Plaza parking lot, located in the 11800 Block of Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD (between Old Georgetown and Montrose Roads), adjacent to LaMadeline?s Restaurant. The appropriate personnel will be on site to conduct security checks and to provide parking permits and visitor badges. Roundtrip bus transportation will be provided between the Mid Pike Plaza parking lot and the NIH Main Campus. All other site visit locations remain unchanged as specified in Modification Number 8 of this notice. DUE TO SECURITY AND PRIVACY ISSUES, site visit attendees WILL NOT be permitted to take photographs in areas that are classified as ?restricted? for the purpose of this site visit. Guidelines for photographs and other restrictions will be provided at each individual site. RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC SITE ONLY: Due to the remote location, box lunches will be available for purchase at a reasonable cost (estimated at $7.00). REMINDER: ATTENDEES MUST HAVE TWO PICTURE IDENTIFICATIONS TO ACCESS ALL NIH FACILITIES. All attendees are required to arrive one (1) hour prior to the established specified site time. Therefore, the arrival time for all sites will be 8:00 AM local time, except Baltimore-MD, in which, the arrival time is 9:00 AM. QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS NOTICE should be directed to Sheri Custer via email no later than May 12, 2003 at 12:00 PM (local time) as follows: The MEO should submit questions to Property-PWS (NIH/OD) and questions from Outside the NIH Community should be submitted to custers@od.nih.gov. AFTER VISITING THE ABOVE SITE(S), QUESTIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED VIA EMAIL, NO LATER THAN MAY 29, 2003 AT 4:00 PM LOCAL TIME.
