- WA RRP-TURN 2002(2), TURNBULL NWR-AUTO TOUR ROUTE, Turnbull National Wildlife Refuge, Spokane county, Washington. BY ISSUE OF THIS MODIFICATION WE ANNOUNCE THIS SOLICITATION AS A HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This work consists of 11.506 km of grading, drainage, base, paving, sidewalks, & curbs. The project consists of construction survey & staking; construction schedules; 1,450 sq m clearing & grubbing; 12,900 t select borrow; 1,050 sq m roadway obliteration; 13,580 t minor crushed aggregate; 1,426 t minor hot asphalt concrete; 134 m culverts; 240 m curb; 551 sq m sidewalks; 8 ea permanent traffic control drums; 2,650 m permanent pavement markings; and other smaller items of work. Project is located approximately 7.5 km south of Cheney, Washington. Work shall be completed by September 26, 2003. Estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The following applies only to Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs): The Department of Transportation (DOT), offers working capital financing and bonding assistance for transportation related contracts.
