Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to perform roof repairs to Bldg. 7 at USCG Support Center Elizabeth City, NC. Work includes, but is not limited to the following: A. Install approx. 7350 sf of modified bituminous roofing over an existing multi-ply built-up roofing system; B. Replace approx. 129 lf of gutters with 4-12 ft length of downspouts. Performance Period is 60 DANTP. Estimated Range is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. NAICS Code is 238160 ($12.0M). This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The Due Date for Quotes will be annotated on the Solicitation (SF-1442) when issued. A Bid Bond is not required. A Plan Holders or Bidders List is NOT available. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings (if applicable) shall be available for download exclusively from the Internet o/a 05/21/03, by accessing the U.S. Coast Guard Civil Engineering Unit Cleveland website at http://www.eps.gov .
