Description

This is a performance-based procurement utilizing commercial item acquisition procedures for the purchase of Mechanical Maintenance Services at the Norris Cotton Federal Building in Manchester, NH. The period of performance is a one-year base period with four one-year options. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business. The solicitation will be issued on or about 5/16/03. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be on or about 5/28/03. The RFP is due on or about 6/17/03. The anticipated start date is on or about 9/1/03. The solicitation will be available to download via this website only.
