Description

SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will no be issued. This solicitation DTCG82-03-Q-3WC233 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 01-09. This Combined solicitation is being issued as Small Business Set-Aside with the size standard of 500 employees. STEEL PIPE PILE. Specification Scope: 1. The contractor shall provide all materials and services to procure, deliver, and off-load twelve (12) 18 inch outer diameter, and a wall thickness of 0.375 inches, coated Steel Pipe Piles each sixty (60) feet in length to the Coast Guard Shore-Side Detachment in Dubuque IA.
