Description

Notice of Intent to execute a two year lease extension with the current lessor. The Government currently occupies 48,673 usable square feet of office and related space. The proposed extension is foa aterm of two years beginning August 13, 2003 and ending August 12, 2005 with Government termination rights after the first year. The requirement will be satisfied at the current location, unless there is alternate space of equal size abd quality available for occupancy on August 14, 2003 at an economic advantage to the Government including all upfitting costs, moving and telecommunications relocation costs and agency special requirements. If you have space that meets or exceeds the above requirements contact this office by May 8, 2003.
