Description

The General Services Administration's (GSA) Lease No. GS-09B-94500 expires in the near future. The lease covers 13,599 usable square feet of office and related space in a modern, high quality office building and 24 surface parking spaces in Riverside, California. GSA intends to negotiate an extension for 2 years firm which covers 13,599 usable square feet of office and related space and 24 surface parking spaces. GSA is interested in considering alternate space if economically advantageous to the Government. In determining whether relocation would be economically advantageous to the Government, GSA will consider cost factors including but not limited to the total cost of the physical move (including telecommunications and computer cabling costs); tenant improvement costs (whether included in the rent or compensated separately from the rent); and the anticipated rent for the space, as well as other factors impacting the Government's rights under a prospective lease, such as the length of any firm term that might be required at an alternate location, the length of time necessary to deliver the space ready for occupancy, and the right to terminate any space vacated during the term.
