Description

The U.S. House of Representatives seeks to acquire the services of a contractor/integrator for the purposes of replacing existing office furniture and redesign of office space in all House offices. The House intends to utilize both modular case-goods and open office systems furniture in House offices that contractor/integrator will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring all work is preformed in a timely manner. The House intends to renovate the office spaces and replace its outdated furniture over the course of the next five years. Office renovations will include furniture, carpet, drapery, window blinds, and paint replacement. The contractor/integrator will have to provide a proven record of success for similar type projects. A pre-proposal conference will be held on Friday, May 9, 2003 at 10:00 AM in room 340 located in the Ford House Office Building (2nd and D Street, S.W.), Washington, DC. Vendors are limited to two persons and no photography or recording devices are permitted.
