Description: Contractor shall provide data expert consultation and assistances associated with establisheding the Federal governments per diem lodging rates for FY 2004 in accordance with the attached SOW. The proposal was negotiated with only one source to provide adquate and accurate per diem rates. See Note 22. A determination by the Goverbment not to solicit this requirement was based upon responsed to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. A Request for Quotation is not available.
