Description

NA USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires computer and network architecture to support the operational and research and development requirements of the Defense Environmental Network and Information eXchange (DENIX). The Contractor shall provide a DENIX Web Server host computer system and a DENIX Development host computer system, common disk storage across the machines and high-speed access to the Internet. The equipment shall be equal to a SUN Fire Model 280R and a SUN ULTRA 60 Mo del 2360. The period of service will be from 22 June 2003 through 21 June 2004. This proposed procurement is advertised for full and open competition, and will result in a firm fixed-price purchase order under Simplified Acquisition procedures. Request for DACA42-03-T-0096 will be issued on or about 8 May 2003 with a closing date of 20 May 2003.
