Description

NA U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Florida Division of Forestry to conduct prescribed burning of 4865 acres of Cape Sable Seaside Sparrow Habitat with the Southern Glades Wildlife and Envir onmental Area. Work shall be performed from April 30, 2003 through December 31, 2003. This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. This is not a request for quotatio ns. A determination not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
