Description
NA CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMB, NSN: 5999-01-141-8834, P/N: 145G5243-1, QTY: 07 each, applicable to the CH-47 Aircraft. Intended source is Boeing Military Aircraft And Missile Systems Group, Helicopter Div., P.O. Box 16858, Philadelphia, PA 19142-0858 (CAGE 77272 ). F.O.B. Origin, with delivery to Texarkana, TX., Receiving Bldg. 499, 10th Street & K Avenue, Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery 07 each, 240 DACA. This part must be acquired for the second or subsequent time, directly from the actual manufact urer. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquis ition of the part from the approved source(s). The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality o f the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. The qualification procedures must be approved by the Government engineering activity h aving jurisdiction over the part in the intended application. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act ( Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information can not be released outside the United States Without Prior Approval of the Government. No telephone request will be accepted.
