Description

The Government has intentions of contracting with Honeywell International Inc. (07187) for 65 each of 5960-01-061-0448, P/N MD4030132-902. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Since it is anticipated that the terms and conditions of Honeywell?s BOA will be used, a formal RFP was not issued and will not be posted on the DSCC Bid Board System (DIBBS). However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal for the approved part, Honeywell International Inc. (07187) P/N MD4030132-902, which will be considered. The letter RFP opens on April 22, 2003 and closes on May 21, 2003. The solicitation is for 65 each Electron Tubes, and includes a 100% quantity option (65 each). The FOB point and Inspection and Acceptance points are Origin. See Numbered Notes 12, 22, and 26
