- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; written quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 03Q0022 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-06. This action is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 334220 and the small business size standard is 500. The U.S. Secret Service, has a requirement for Line Item 0001: One-Hundred (100) Fender Mount Disguised Antenna, VHF, Broadband 150-174Mhz for 2003 Suburbans; Line Item 0002: Twenty-Six (26) Glass Mount Cellular look alike Antenna, VHF, Broadband 150-174Mhz for 2002 Chrysler Concorde and 2003 Chrysler 300M. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price order. The Contractor shall deliver the complete quantity, FOB Destination, with all freight included in the delivered price, within thirty days after receipt of the order. Delivery to U. S. Secret Service ? Information Resource Management, 245 Murray Drive, SW Bldg. #410, Washington, DC 20373, Attn: Bill Cassity. The following FAR Provisions and Clauses are applicable unless otherwise noted: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial Items; 52.212-2, Evaluation ? Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Paragraph (a) insert: ?The Government intends to award a firm fixed price order that represents the best value to the Government, lowest in price. 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items.
