Description

ISSUE DATE: 05/12/03. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary for New Boat Hoist Finger Piers at USCG Group Portland, South Portland, ME (Cumberland County). Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and disposal of two concrete/timber boat hoist finger piers in their entirety, with the west pier measuring 7 feet wide by 45 feet long and the east pier measuring 7 feet wide by 46 feet long. The construction of two concrete/steel finger piers both measuring 6 feet wide and a total of 77 feet long, with the west pier 66.5 feet long and extending 10.5 feet behind the face of the wharf and the east pier 62 feet long and extending 15 feet behind the face of the wharf and incidental related work. Estimated cost of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000 dollars. NAICS code is 237990. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Evaluation criteria to consist of the following: Price, Past Performance on marine contracts, Personnel Qualifications and Schedule. Solicitation packages to be available on or about 05/12/03. The due date for receipt of proposals is on or about 06/11/03.
