Description

NA Amendment 0001 dated 18 April 2003 is issued for the following: (a) Add a local clause under Section I, Privacy of Protected Health Information (DEC 2002); (b) Clarify proposal submission under Part III, Technical Approach, Business Management in Sections L and M; (c) Replace Section M in its entirety. (d) As a result of these revisions, pages 55, 75, 79 through 82 are replaced with the revised pages 55-A through 55-C, 75, and 79 through 81, Amendment 0001. The proposal due date of 8 May 2003, 1500 hours (3:00 PM, Central Time) remains unchanged. See the Fort Sam Houston website at https://a76fsh.amedd.army.mil for the complete Amendment 0001. The electronic version of Amendment 0001 will be the official copy. In addition, the minutes of the preproposa l conference and site visit held 8 April 2003 and the questions and answers are posted at this website.
