Description

NA The scope of work detailed in the statement is for the upgrade of four (4) Digalog system components and smoke measurement units used for testing 1790 series engines in Building 410 at Anniston Army Depot. The contractor shall provide all tool, parts, sof tware, equipment, travel, and labor in accordance with the statement of work. The contractor shall upgrade existing Digalog system and components with the most current version. The contractor shall supply system workstations in a rack mount configuration . The contractor shall provide on-site personnel to install and re-commission one (1) 1790 series engine test cell (cell 7) located in Building 410 with all required hardware and software. The contractor shall provide all required hardware and software for the upgrade of test cells 8, 9, and 18. Anniston Army depot personnel will install the provided upgraded systems in cell 8, 9, and 18. The contractor shall complete the upgrade of cell 7, deliver all required hardware and software for the upgrade of test cells 8, 9, and 18 and all smoke measurement units within 126 calendar days after award of contract. This contract is commercial item sole-source procurement to Digalog Corporation, Oxnard, CA. Any vendor that recognizes this service and would like to be considered for future procurements should submit technical literature for evaluation within 15 calendar days after this announcement. Only government approved vendors may be considered in future procurements. North American Industry Classification S ystem is 6635. Size standard is 500 employees. . This solicitation will be issued electronically to Digalog Corporation in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c), therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic c opy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet:http://www.procnet.anad.army.mil (Doing Business with Us). Estimated issued date is 5 May 03. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically a s will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/re ceipt of proposals may render r bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejections of same.
