- Description
- The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) plans to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Rails-to-Trails Conservancy (RTC) for the Co-Sponsorship to support the 2003 International Trails and Greenways Conference. RTC will provide promotional literature for FHWA as well as provide no-cost registration for the FHWA representatives who will be in attendance at the conference. Additionally, RTC will be providing exhibit booth space, the meeting facilities, audio visual equipment, in addition to the workshop speakers for the designated sessions, and facilitators for the workshops. Because RTC are the sponsors for the conference as well as providing the funding, facilitators, and meeting site and booth space they are the only source for their conference. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is May 2, 2003.
