- LINEN SOLICITATION (I)This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) Solicitation F64133-03-T-0028 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). (III) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. (IV) This requirement is being synopsized as a 100% small business set-aside under standard industrial classification code 2392, NAICS Code 314129, small business size standard of 500 employees. (V) Please propose the items as listed in attached Solicitation. (VI) The Linen will be delivered in a way as to ensure they remain undamaged/fit for use. (VII) Place of delivery: 36 SVS/SVF Victoria Lizama Unit 14004 APO AP GU 96543-4004 (VIII) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items applies. (IX) Provision 52-212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items applies. Proposal will be evaluated on price, and the time frame that it will take to complete the Landscaping project. (X) Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items with their offer. Please refer to attached copy (XI) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items and any addenda the clause applies to this acquisition. (XII) Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to the award document. (XIII) A site visit will not be held. Proposals will be due to the 36th Contracting Squadron, Unit 14040, APO, AP 96543-4040, by 30 April 2003, 4:00 p.m. local Guam time. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
