Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials and incidentals necessary to construct a battery room as described in the attached Statement of Work and Drawings, located at the Folsom Power Plant, 7794 Folsom Dam Road, Folsom, CA 95630. Build structural wood walls & ceiling w/1 hour fire rating to enclose abttery storage banks. Install 4" high concrete secondary containment wall at base of battery room incl. removable diamon steel plate approach ramps thru doorway.Install 90-min fire rated metal door & frame.Prime & finish paint all newly constructed walls. Install isolated ventilation ducting, two (20 Govt. furnished hydrogen detectors,and a strap hoist system on ceiling of room w/500lb capacity.
