Description

D-The Department of Housing and Urban Development intends to extend contract C-OPC-14703 with Lockheed Martin Corporation from May 29, 2003 through November 30, 2003 pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. Due to unforeseen delays in awarding RFP R-OPC-21970, the planned follow on contract, HUD requires the continuation of C-OPC-14703. This contract provides a full range of integrated IT services for HUD's nationwide operations. HUD requires that all services currently provided under C-OPC-14703 be provided with no disruption in service during the period May 29 through November 30, 2003.
