This is an unrestricted procurement. This is a source controlled part. Requests should include the RFP number, closing date, NSN, purchase request number, buyer?s name and your complete name and address. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. Any alternate offer must be approved by the OEM. The proposed procurement anticipates a 12 month Indefinite Quantity contract and contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed three years. Pricing on incremental quantities is requested: 10 ea to 19 ea; 20 ea to 29 ea; 30 ea to 39 ea; 40 ea to 49 ea; 50 ea to 74 ea; 75 ea to 100 ea. Offerors must quote pricing for each increment for each year. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the offer. Required delivery schedule: 10 each within 196 days with a balance of 15 each every 30 days thereafter. The quantity to be ordered and the ship sites will be specified at the time of award on delivery orders issued. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 29 April 2003. Hard copies of this solicitation are NOT available. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. See Note 26.
