Description: Q. Your spec doesn't mention what is needed or required for floor prep. Also, what equipment or material is in the area that has to be moved and who is responsible who that? A. The floor will need to have the existing coating, surface contamination and loose concrete removed to the highest degree possible. The equipment or anything else that may be removed will be moved by the organization where this work will be performed. Q. Will there be a price preference for HUBZone certified companies in this solicitation? A. There will be no price preference for HUBZone certified companies. This solicitation is advertised as a 100% Small Business set aside.
