Description

Scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance on automatic entrance/exit doors located at the Little Rock AFB, Columbus AFB, and Keesler AFB Commissaries. The Period of Performance will be for a base period of May 15, 2003 through April 30, 2004, and will include two one-year option periods that may extend performance through April 30, 2006. This Request for Quotation will be issued on or about April 17, 2003 with a tentative date of May 8, 2003. The anticipated award date will be May 12, 2003. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside at all store locations. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the business size is $6 million. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available on www.fedbizopps.gov under ODA (Other Defense Agencies). Potential offerors are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of this RFQ. Requests for paper copies must be in writing and addressed to: DeCA, ATTN: CICDS (William Ferrell), 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee, VA 23801-1800.
