Description

The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, supplies, materials, repair parts, tools and equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure effective and economical completion of all work and services for Mechanical Operations and Maintenance at the Federal Archives and Records Center, Chicago, IL. The contract period is December 1, 2003 through November 30, 2008 (3 year base with 2 one-year options). This procurement is set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238290 with a size standard of $12 million. GSA is issuing this solicitation electronically only. Interested parties may access the solicitation via FedBizOpps, www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about April 29, 2003. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation. It is also the offerors responsibility to monitor the site for possible amendments and/or additional information. Offer due date and time for receipt of proposals will be June 3, 2003 at 2:00 P.M. (Central Time). The date and time for a pre-proposal conference will be identified in the solicitation. Small Disadvantage, Women Owned, HubZone, Veteran Owned and Disable-Veteran Owned business concerns are encouraged to submit proposals.
