Description

SOLICITATION #F7LGRA30920200 DESCRIPTION: REPAIR G-12 PARACHUTES (20 EACH). Determines which parachutes are not repairable and informs Contracting Squadron of such. Repairs must be made with same or better military quality of original parachute materials. Commercial Warranty for Repairs. Business Size Standard in accordance with SIC 2399, Fabricated Textile Products, NEC, and NAICS 31499, All Other Miscellaneous Textile Product Mills; Small Business Size Determination: 500 or fewer employees. More complete description of parachutes will be provided upon request. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for small business. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item/service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-13. Labor Rate times Hours to equal Total Cost of Labor to perform tasks as described herein, FAR Part 52.222-20, Walsh-Healey Public Contracts Act applies. Award will be based on best value to the Government, taking into consideration delivery, price and price related factors. Award will be made to the lowest price Offeror best demonstrating the ability to satisfy the technical capabilities of the items specified. Offerors of any equal must provide descriptive literature to this office for evaluation prior to close out date stated above. Offerors are encouraged to include information regarding these evaluation factors in their quotes. All line items will be awarded on a single purchase order. Interested offerors are requested to submit a quotation on this requirement to 314th Contracting Squadron, 642 Thomas Avenue, Little Rock AFB AR 72099-4971 or FAX to (501) 987-8119. Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://ccr.com) or by calling (888) 352-9333, prior to receiving award. Instructions of Offerors for Commercial Items, FAR Part 52.212-1 applies. Contractor must also fill out Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items (March 2003) in accordance with FAR Part 52.212-3. Contract Terms and Conditions for Commercial Items, FAR Part 52.212-4 applies, and Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Status or Executive Orders for Commercial Items, FAR Part 52.212-5 applies. FAR 52.232-33, Mandatory Information for Electronic Funds Transfer Payment (Aug 1996) is incorporated by reference. Shipping is FOB Destination: Little Rock AFB AR.
