- PR No: LTC02346006353. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Meteorological Balloon, NSN: 6660-00-914-2545. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract base plus four option years. There are two approved source of supply: Kaysam Worldwide Inc (CAGE: 60305) PN 105G and National Weather Service (CAGE: 82187) PN: J350-4A. Estimated Annual Quantity Base Year: 3274 each, Option Years: 2400 each. Required Delivery: 50 Days ARO, FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance Destination. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22 and 23 .
