- Description
- The Department of the Treasury's Bureau of the Public Debt intends to issue a solicitation for investigation support services on behalf of the Department of the Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). These services are to be provided on-site at FinCEN's Vienna, VA location and primarily involve case management support and support for the USA Patriot Act. Case management requires mail processing and telephone coverage, management of case information, and target information processing. USA Patriot Act support requires services related to an information-sharing service between law enforcement and the financial/regulatory communities with respect to the investigation of financial crimes/money laundering and terrorist activities with relevant activities including case opening and closing, maintenance of financial institutions points of contact and e-mail address logs, blast faxing, research, returning results to the requestor, and archiving cases. This procurement is set-aside for small business competition only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 561611 and the Small Business Size Standard is $10.5 million. The resulting contract will be a labor-hour contract, will have a base period with four one-year option periods, and its maximum value will not exceed $20 million dollars.
