NSN:3040-01-310-2261, PN:145CS340-11, PRON:AX360865AX, Quantity: Min/Max 40/200 each,Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Requirement, applicable to the CH-47. F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX, New Cumberland, PA and Stockton, CA. The restricted approved sources are: The Boein g Co (Cage Code 77272), LeFiell Manufacturing Co (Cage 16889) and Western Sky Industries (Cage Code 34742). Required delivery is 40 each, 150 Days After Contract Award. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source contro l or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DOD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicit ations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., Sec 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administratio n Act (Title 50, USC., App 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation w ill not close prior to the closing date stated above.
