- FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to competitively procure office planning services for the U.S. Joint Forces Command utilizing simplified acquisition procedures for commercial items. The Joint Experimentation Directorate of the U.S. Joint Forces Command has a requirement for contractor services to provide innovative solutions to the current work place floor plan. The contractor shall provide engineering and technical services, which will result in a space use, interaction, and strategic design study, which will maximize current efficiencies as well as accommodate 100 additional seats in the existing floor plan. Release of the RFQ will be done solely through the Internet at www.neco.navy.mil No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued.
