Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are be ing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is DAAD05-03-T-0050. CLIN 0001 Subject Matter Expert in accordance with the Statement of Work. Please Email your request for a copy of the statement o f work and proposal submission instructions to Kathleen.Wissler@sbccom.apgea.army.mil. A fixed price contract is anticipated. Requisition Number W81E0H30650024. Acceptance shall be at Destination. Shipping shall be FOB Destination. Delivery shall be to the U.S. Army, Fort Belvoir, VA. The contract period is six months with two six-month option periods. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items applies to this acquisition; fill-ins in Paragraph (a) are 1) Technical Approach and Methodology, 2) Personnel Credentials, Experience and Qualifications, 3) Corporate Experience/Past Performance, and 4) Cost/Price, and more important than price. Additiona l evaluation information is contained in the proposal submission instructions. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, must be provided with offers. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Term s and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract, applies to this acquisition and the fill-ins are 7 days of contract completion, 30, and 18 months.
