Item Description: Pin-Rivet and Collar, Grooved and Tubular Rivets, various NSNs broken into 3 lots (Lot I - 6 Grooved Collars and Lot II = 26 Grooved Pin-Rivets and Lot III = 8 Tubular Rivets), Long Term Contract under the Commercial Test Program (FAR 13.5) with 2 year base, option: 3 one-year options. Solicitation period: 30 days, Issue Date: April 7, 2003, Closing Date: May 5, 2003, Quantity: Various annual estimates per NSN Spec. Various manufacturers' part numbers. Dest: Any destination within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, required Delivery: 90 days. Acquisition Notes: Unrestricted. It is the intention of the gov't to award long-term, Indefinite Qty Contracts for a core of 30 Pin-Rivet Grooved and Collar, Grooved items and Tubular Rivets described by various P/Ns. Contracts will contain an Add and Delete provision, which will permit items from a universe of 911 NSNs to be added at a later time.
